Team Tulip/DC Ingredient won InnovateFood.dk Student Challenge. The team delivered a very thought through solution, and the jury was impressed by the many details that the students had considered – both in relation to the processing of the product, name for the new product, the packaging and marketing.
“KMC got a lot out of participating in InnovateFood. Right from the beginning where we had to describe what is the actual challenge for us to put forward to the students. It is a good process for us as a company to be clear on that“, says Business Development Director from KMC, Gitte Graverholt.
